About Novuma
Novuma provides preventive health checkups for thousands of customers and manages their patient records.
The project
QikBuild rebuilt Novuma’s booking applications using no-code tools. The delivered scope connects appointment booking, a patient-record CRM and a dashboard for medical examination results.
These functions support different parts of the same service. Booking covers the appointment. The CRM organizes the patient record. The results dashboard makes examination results available in a dedicated view. The project therefore covers both a customer-facing journey and the records supporting it.
What we delivered
Appointment booking. The applications handle the reservation of preventive health checkups.
Patient-record CRM. A system for managing records associated with Novuma’s patients. This is a healthcare administration use case, rather than a generic sales pipeline.
Examination results dashboard. A dedicated overview of medical examination results alongside the other parts of the service.
A rebuilt application foundation. The booking applications were rebuilt with no-code tools, giving the team a different foundation for subsequent changes.
What this project demonstrates
The concrete outcome is a set of applications covering booking, patient records and examination results. The scope connects the appointment journey with the information needed to support the service.
For another provider considering a similar platform, the first question is which part of the patient or customer journey needs improvement. A booking interface, an internal record system and a results portal have different users and acceptance criteria. Mapping those responsibilities helps define a first release that can be tested as a complete workflow.
Planning a similar service
Start with one appointment journey: how a slot is selected, which information is required and what the team needs to do next. Then identify who needs access to each record and which existing system remains responsible for it.
For a new project, we agree data handling, access rules, hosting and integration requirements with the people responsible for the service. These decisions become part of the scope and acceptance checks.
